The information we collect
When you send an enquiry.Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and your message. We collect whatever you choose to put in those fields. You don’t have to give us more than is needed for us to answer you.
When you browse the site.Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information — such as your device’s IP address, browser type and the pages you visit — to keep the site secure and working. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how the site is used (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not ask for or collect special category data (such as health or financial details) through this site, and the site is not intended for children.
How and why we use your information
| What we use | Why | Our lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your enquiry details (name, email, message) | To read and reply to your enquiry, and to follow up about the products or visit you asked about | Legitimate interests — responding to a message you sent us; and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before any purchase |
| Technical / security information | To keep the website available, secure and free from abuse | Legitimate interests — running a safe, working website |
| Website analytics | To understand which pages are useful and improve the site | Consent — only if you accept analytics cookies, which you can decline or withdraw at any time |
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we will not send you marketing emails from this form.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as far as needed:
- Email delivery — Resend (Resend, Inc.) sends your enquiry from our domain to our inbox.
- Email hosting — Google (Google Workspace) holds the enquiry once it reaches our inbox.
- Website hosting — Vercel (Vercel, Inc.) hosts the site and processes the technical/security information above.
- Analytics — Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Spam protection — Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions are genuine.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Sending information outside the UK
Some of the providers above (such as Resend, Vercel and Google) are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law — such as a UK “adequacy” decision or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum — so it stays protected. You can ask us for more detail using the contact options above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards — normally up to 24 months after our last contact about it — then we delete them. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. Analytics data is retained according to the settings described in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that’s wrong;
- ask us to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it;
- ask us to transfer it (where that applies); and
- withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, without affecting anything done beforehand.
To exercise any of these, just contact us by phone or through our enquiry form. We’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your information, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
